TASSICO’s GA held in Aug 21st

The annual general assembly of TASSICO group was held in the fiscal year, ending in May 21, 2022, under the chairmanship of SSIC’S CEO, Dr Bazian, while the 93 % of company’s profit was shared.

 

Tehran- The annual general assembly of Sadr Tamin Investment Company (TASSICO) was held on Sunday, August 21st, with the presence of the company’s shareholders in Talash Complex.

Expressing his satisfaction with being among stockholders, Dr Bazian highlighted that SSIC (Iran’s Social Security Investment Company, also known by its Persian acronym Shasta) supports the developmental projects of TASSICO, as emphasizing on fiscal and working transparency.

The managing director of SSIC criticized the non- fulfillment of developmental projects in the past, and added that all of company’s holdings and subsets must present their developmental projects with schedule and monitor their performance regularly every season. 

CEO of Sadr Tamin Investment Company (TASSICO) Dr Amir Hossein Naderi, for his part, said that the consolidated financial profit of the holding was more than B 75000 IRR during the recent fiscal year. According to Naderi’s report, the operating income of TASSICO has increased by 26%, its consolidated net profit by 23%, and the company’s net profit by 25% , comparing to the last fiscal year. 

In the annual general assembly, 1300 Rls was distributed for each share. Also, the shares have had a return of 13% from the beginning to the end of the fiscal year, including cash profit.

The CEO of TASSICO also presented a report on the plans and projects of the company within the next year.

According to such plans, TASSICO holding has 27 underway projects which have lasted one to four years; valuing b650000 IRR.

TASSICO’s main priority is focusing on gold, coal, and steel as well as creating a value chain in Iran and the region’s mining industry, Naderi noted, “Regarding the knowledge-based issues, which will certainly bring stabilization and growth of dividends in the capital market and create sustainable development”.

During the assembly, the CEOs of Tabas Parvardeh Coal Co. (TPCCO), Iran refractory Co., Iran Glass Wool Co., Pars Tamin, etc. reported their plans for developmental projects.
