The STIC vision is described as: To be a “Leading and competitive company in new businesses of the value chain of mining and its relevant industries, nationally, as well as to fulfill standards of sustainable development.”
In order to achieve the outlined vision, it is necessary to observe some key points and also to continuously monitor and improve the moral standards of the company. The most important values of STIC are: value-oriented, prophesy, realistic, holistic and challenging.

The mission of the STIC is described as: “Creating sustainable value in the mining and relevant industries’ value chains by using both optimal and modern technologies, in order to maximize the wealth and interests of its shareholders and stakeholders.”
Mission Statement
Sadr Tamin Investment Company (Public Joint Stock Company) has set its mission to create profit for all stakeholders, and to promote both the long-term value of shareholders' assets and sustainable profitability. This target is being achieved through corporate governance, a shareholding approach, as well as development activities in the specialized fields of mining and minerals. STIC has been tasked with exploiting mineral resources using domestic and international science and technology; and also with developing mineral activities to reach the international value chain. The company's key plans to achieve its goals are: Portfolio optimization; identifying the best investment opportunities; participating in mining activities; preparing the necessary conditions for the production of advanced mineral materials; increasing share stocks in domestic and foreign markets; and engaging in pragmatic interactions with innovators, exploration companies, processing units, mining contractors, merchants and research centers based on diversified fund raising, and using innovative methods of financing.
