Tehran- Amir-Hossein Naderi, chief executive of Sadr Tamin Investment Company (TASSICO) appointed the new members of the board of directors of Sadre Farda Technology Engineering Company.

Alireza Nazari and Majid Mostafavi joined the company as the new members of the board of directors of Sadre Farda Technology Engineering Company on Tuesday, October 17, TASSICO’s website reported.

Nazari, 54, has a doctorate in management from FanPardazan Higher Education Institute. He has served in several companies as manager or board member including managing director of Mines and Metals Engineering Company (MME), a subsidiary Of Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO), which is a major state-owned holding company active in the mining sector in Iran, chief executive of GIC International, executive director of Asian Industrial Pioneers, board member of Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex and Eqlid Steel Company.

Born in 1980, Mostafavi graduated from Khajeh Nasir Toosi University of Technology (KNTU) with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering – applied design. He has a technical and commercial consultant for Al Keetan General Trading Co., a technical consultant for MOSHIRAN Company, a technical and commercial consultant for Padideh Kavosh Iranian Company, an engineering director of East Khorasan Steel of Minerals Production and Preparation Company, a vice president of projects for Ronak Engineering Company and executive management of Kayson Inc. as his career record.
