Initially registered as Pars Tara Communications Supply Company, the company changed its name to Pars Tamin Mines Development Company in 2014, in line with changes made to the company's articles of association, during the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Company Owners.

Pars Tamin Mines Development Company’s major activities:

According to Article 2 of the Association, the major activities of the company are as follows:

The exploration, extraction and exploitation of mines;

The purchase of mineral raw materials from domestic and foreign sources;

The processing, distribution and sale of raw and processed minerals within both the domestic and foreign markets;

The import and export of minerals and products related to the mineral industries;

The procurement and purchase of mining machinery and equipment for mining-related industries from both domestic and foreign sources;

The participation in- and attraction of- investment activities; and participation in projects related to the mining industry both within the country and abroad;

Conducting all banking, commercial, industrial, mining, service and consulting operations and transactions that are directly and indirectly related to any of the above-mentioned issues, both domestically and globally.
