Tehran- Mohammad Hashemzadeh, director of supervision over affairs of subsidiaries of Sadr Tamin Investment Company, emphasized the importance of compiling and documenting the successful experience of Shahid Bahonar Copper Ind. Company in employing knowledge management system.

Paying a supervisory visit to the Bahonar Copper Company, a subsidiary of Sadr Tamin Investment Company, which is located close to the largest copper mines of the Middle East, some 12 kilometers off the city of Kerman in the south-center of Iran, Hashemzadeh stressed that the provision of software infrastructure would improve this process.

In an interview on Sunday, October 22 with Sadr Tamin Investment Company (TASSICO), he expressed hope that the holding would be able to implement the model in other subsidiaries after holding meetings on how to exchange this experience in Bahonar Copper Company, the public relations of Bahonar Copper Company reported.

Describing Bahonar Copper Company a well-known group, that occupies a high status in the country’s industry, Hashemzadeh appreciated the efforts made by this major industrial group. “Our effort in the high supervision is to identify the main bottlenecks of the companies’ activities to facilitate their operational conditions in various aspects of production, commerce, export, and other fields,” he said.

Hashemzadeh listed the objectives of Sadr Tamin Investment Company in the supervision as improving quality in all processes, synergizing companies with each other, and coordinating to solve problems, rooted outside the internal decision-making.

He said that the constant improvement of the operational processes was a priority of TASSICO, hoping that he would be the voice of the subsidiaries, including Bahonar Copper Company, in the Sadr Tamin group and help remove the obstacles limiting the activities of the company.

The senior supervision expert of this group, Faez, accompanied the director of supervision of Sadr Tamin’s subsidiary companies on his visit to Kerman while a meeting with the CEO, deputies, and other managers of Bahonar Copper Company was held.

Hashemzadeh visited the tomb of Hajj Qasem Soleimani as part of his schedule during the travel to Kerman, paying tribute to the assassinated commander and other martyrs of the south-central city.
