Managers Meet to Measure Performance of Loabiran Company
Tehran- A meeting to evaluate the performance of Loabiran, the largest producer of glaze in the country, was held on Monday, July 17.
Sadr Tamin Investment Company (TASSICO) hosted the meeting, which was headed by Mohsen Parvan, deputy chief for finance and administration affairs, and a couple of board members and senior managers.
Nader Rezaeimanesh, managing director of Loabiran briefed the senior managers on the performance of the company during the first quarter of the Iranian year to March 19, 2024, TASSICO’s website reported.
He said that Loabiran Company’s output was 2,442 tons, worth 849,369 rials, during the first three months of this Iranian year (March 21-June 21, 2023), showing a rise of 12 percent and 100 percent, respectively compared to the same period last year.
Rezaeimanesh added that the sales of products of the company showed an increase of 100 percent to exceed 2,600 tons during the first three months compared to the same period a year before.
Net profit, he noted, recorded a 65-percent growth to reach about 55,000m rials during the first three months while operating profit increased by 94 percent to surpass 77,700m rials during the same period compared to the first quarter of the previous Iranian year.
The chief executive termed the 100-percent rise in exports during the first quarter to reach 25 tons as one of the top achievements of Loabiran Company.
Other important measures carried out included energy consumption management, environmental pollution cut, cooling tower optimization, airflow regulation in gas furnace systems, and rotating furnace installation with a Penetrant Testing level of 3 (PT 3).
Meanwhile, Mohsen Parvan praised the performance of Loabiran Company in terms of budget management and growth during the session.
