Glass Wool Co. of Iran (GWCI) was established in 1967 as the largest manufacturer of thermal and sound insulation products in the country, and it now supplies products to the market both locally and abroad. The company benefits from its advanced technology, vast marketing networks, extensive product distribution infrastructure, its research and development and agile workforce.

The company’s production capacity of fiberglass is 9,000 tons; while its bituminous waterproofing product capacity is 9 million square meters per year. The company is therefore the largest producer of products in the glass wool industry in the country, and it exports products to more than 8 countries. About 53% of the shares of Iran Glass Wool Company are owned by Sadr Tamin Investment Company.
